Refine exists to improve your current training habits through  improved movement efficiency and running intensity to help you achieve your goals.

What you can expect When you work with Refine:

  • FUN!
  • Refine is NOT physical therapy to fix current injuries.
    • If you are injured, please seek the intervention of a physical therapist or physician.  (I know some great ones!)
